A southwest Las Vegas setting
Mountains Edge is a master-planned community in Enterprise, in the southwest Las Vegas Valley. Its setting generally extends south of Blue Diamond Road and west of Rainbow Boulevard. A Las Vegas mailing address does not mean a home is within the City of Las Vegas.
Start with everyday life
Walk a park, take your usual commute at the time you would actually travel, and explore the shops you would use each week. Mountains Edge is a collection of neighborhoods; the experience changes from one street to the next.
Make the outdoors part of your week
Exploration Peak and Mountains Edge Regional Park are useful starting points for discovering the community. Plan around desert heat, bring water and check posted rules before heading out.
Know who manages what
The master association, individual sub-associations and Clark County have different responsibilities. For a particular property, confirm its associations, assessments and rules in current documents.
