Mountains Edge Las Vegas Insider is a community resource created by John Gianniosis. It is not the Mountains Edge Master Association, a government agency or an MLS. Real estate services are provided by John Gianniosis, REALTOR®, Equity Union Nevada.
Information you submit
Forms collect the name, email address and additional details you choose to provide. Submissions are stored securely with the website to respond to requests, review community suggestions and manage newsletter interest. Do not submit sensitive financial information or identity documents.
Business profiles and introductions
Business applications and submitted offers or events remain private until approved. Personal owner contact details are separate from approved public business information. Partner links may identify which business introduced an inquiry; that attribution is private. Business profile views and website clicks are counted in aggregate and do not represent customers or sales.
Real estate inquiries
When you request real estate assistance, John reviews your inquiry and may transfer relevant details to his BoldTrail real estate CRM for follow-up. Newsletter enrollment alone does not authorize real estate outreach. Marketing email, text and phone permissions are optional and recorded separately.
Newsletter & contact preferences
Newsletter signups are voluntary. Email delivery is not active yet. Contact requests do not enroll you in the newsletter. To request removal or correct your information, use the contact form with “Remove my information” or “Update my information” in the message.
Editorial standards
Local information is checked against linked sources where available. Time-sensitive details can change. Businesses are listed as resources; inclusion is not an endorsement, paid ranking or claim of a personal visit. Owner interviews are identified only when completed. Corrections can be submitted through the contact form.
Altos market report
The market report is displayed from Altos Research. Viewing it connects your browser to Altos. Report subscriptions are submitted directly to Altos and are separate from this website’s community newsletter and contact forms. Altos subscriptions are not automatically added to this website’s CRM.
External websites & photography
Links to association, school, business, social and map websites open services with their own privacy policies. Photograph sources are listed on the credits page. No affiliation or endorsement by those sources is implied.
