Rivendell is accessed from the Evenstar Street side of Mountains Edge Parkway. The neighborhood’s Mirkwood, Elessar and Haldir street names make its location easy to distinguish within the larger master plan.

Reviewed single-story examples measure 2,870 and about 3,200 square feet. The Haldir Avenue reference also describes a three-car garage and a larger lot. Those are property examples, not features promised for every Rivendell home.
